La Maison Alyette

Maison Alyette is the Domaine's new bistronomic restaurant.
Its name is a tribute to Alyette de la Sablière, the former owner of Château de Locguénolé, who devoted her life to the house.
The menu reflects Chef Yann Maget's philosophy of using local, seasonal produce from small producers who respect their ecosystem.
You'll have the pleasure of dining on classics such as the perfect egg & potimarron, a pig's trotter with gribiche sauce & fish corolla or a cromesquis of oxtail & chicken leg with yellow wine...
It's a place that's accessible and relaxed, both in terms of the food and the setting. A gourmet, friendly and poetic interlude that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Located on the ground floor of the château, Maison Alyette boasts a magnificent panoramic terrace overlooking the clearing and the sea.
