Combining products from the sea and the land, Breton gastronomy is based on an extremely diverse terroir.

At the Michelin-starred L'Inattendu, you'll have the pleasure of discovering a subtle and ingenious cuisine, open to the ocean and the Breton terroir. While the flavours of the sea are well represented, Yann Maget also pays tribute to the produce of the land, with a careful selection from local producers. His menu is inspired by the seasons.

In the same spirit, the dessert menu of Annabelle Lévêque, Head Pastry Chef at both restaurants, gives pride of place to daring gourmet delights, with both great classics and genuine signatures.

In the dining room, Pauline Sebilleau, Restaurant Manager, orchestrates the setting with precision. Gestures and rituals punctuate the service and give it a unique personality.

The restaurant L'Inattendu welcomes guests in 2025, one star in the Michelin guidea distinction that underlines the excellence of its cuisine and its commitment to offering an exceptional gastronomic experience.

Service from Tuesday to Saturday

from 7.30pm to 9pm

  • Closed on Sundays and Mondays. 
  • In order to guarantee all our guests a serene and refined culinary experience, we welcome children aged 6 and over. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

After being awarded the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France cuisine (MOF) in 2023, Yann Maget is joining the Locguénolé project. His dishes are refined and elegant, showcasing the produce of our beautiful region in a cuisine that combines tradition and boldness.
